The user undertakes to provide accurate data regarding the fleet and routes, not to violate road or customs legislation, and not to use the platform for illegal activities. Any violation may lead to suspension of access without prior notice.
FleetCore is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by delivery delays, data errors generated by third-party sensors, or communication network interruptions. The total liability of the platform is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.
Data collected on vehicles, routes, and consumption is handled in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website. FleetCore does not share information with third parties without the user's explicit consent, except as required by law.
